class=\"statement-end-if-in-editor\"><\/bdt>, calumniosas o de cualquier otro modo objetables (seg\u00fan determinemos nosotros).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 1.5;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(89, 89, 89);\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span data-custom-class=\"body_text\">Sus contribuciones no ridiculizan, se burlan, menosprecian, data-custom-class=\"body_text\">Sus Contribuciones no se utilizan para acosar o amenazar (en el sentido legal de esos t\u00e9rminos) a ninguna otra persona ni para promover la violencia contra una ENTIENDE QUE, SIN ESTA DISPOSICI\u00d3N, TENDR\u00cdA DERECHO A PRESENTAR UNA DEMANDA ANTE UN TRIBUNAL Y A UN JUICIO CON JURADO. El arbitraje se iniciar\u00e1 y se llevar\u00e1 a cabo de conformidad con el Reglamento de Arbitraje Comercial de la Asociaci\u00f3n Americana de Arbitraje (<bdt class=\"block-component\"><\/bdt>\u00abAAA\u00bb<bdt class=\"statement-end-if-in-editor\"><\/bdt>) y, en su caso, los Procedimientos Suplementarios de la AAA para Disputas Relacionadas con el Consumidor (<bdt class=\"block-component\"><\/bdt>\u00abAAA Consumer Rules\u00bb<bdt class=\"statement-end-if-in-editor\"><\/bdt>), ambos disponibles en el sitio web de la <span style=\"font-size: 15px; line-height: 16.8667px; color: rgb(89, 89, 89);\"><br \/>\n  <a data-custom-class=\"link\" href=\"http:\/\/www.adr.org\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">sitio web de la Asociaci\u00f3n Americana de Arbitraje (AAA)<\/a><br \/>\n<\/span>. Sus honorarios de arbitraje y su parte de la compensaci\u00f3n del \u00e1rbitro se regir\u00e1n por el Reglamento de Consumo de la AAA y, en su caso, estar\u00e1n limitados por el Reglamento de Consumo de la AAA.  <bdt class=\"block-component\"><\/bdt>Si el \u00e1rbitro determina que dichos costes son excesivos, pagaremos todos los honorarios y gastos de arbitraje.  <bdt class=\"statement-end-if-in-editor\"><\/bdt>El arbitraje puede realizarse en persona, mediante la presentaci\u00f3n de documentos, por tel\u00e9fono o en l\u00ednea. El \u00e1rbitro adoptar\u00e1 su decisi\u00f3n por escrito, pero no estar\u00e1 obligado a motivarla, a menos que lo solicite cualquiera de las Partes. El \u00e1rbitro debe atenerse a la legislaci\u00f3n aplicable, y cualquier laudo puede ser impugnado si el \u00e1rbitro no lo hace. Salvo que las normas aplicables de la AAA o la legislaci\u00f3n aplicable exijan lo contrario, el arbitraje tendr\u00e1 lugar en  <bdt class=\"block-component\"><\/bdt><bdt class=\"block-component\"><\/bdt><bdt class=\"question\">Puerto Rico<\/bdt><bdt class=\"statement-end-if-in-editor\"><\/bdt>. Salvo que se disponga lo contrario en el presente documento, las Partes podr\u00e1n litigar ante los tribunales para obligar al arbitraje, suspender el procedimiento pendiente de arbitraje o confirmar, modificar, anular o dictar sentencia <bdt class=\"block-component\"><\/bdt><bdt class=\"statement-end-if-in-editor\"><\/bdt> sobre el laudo dictado por el \u00e1rbitro.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 1.5; text-align: left;\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" data-custom-class=\"body_text\" style=\"line-height: 1.5; text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Si, por cualquier motivo, un litigio se somete a un tribunal en lugar de a arbitraje, el litigio se iniciar\u00e1 o tramitar\u00e1 en el<\/span><bdt class=\"block-component\" style=\"font-size: 15px;\"><\/bdt><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">&nbsp;tribunales federales<\/span><bdt class=\"else-block\" style=\"font-size: 15px;\"><\/bdt><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">&nbsp;situado en<\/span><bdt class=\"block-component\" style=\"font-size: 15px;\"><\/bdt> <bdt class=\"block-component\" style=\"font-size: 15px;\"><\/bdt><bdt class=\"question\" style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Puerto Rico<\/bdt><bdt class=\"statement-end-if-in-editor\" style=\"font-size: 15px;\"><\/bdt><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\">Por la presente, las Partes aceptan y renuncian a todas las defensas <bdt class=\"block-component\"><\/bdt><bdt class=\"statement-end-if-in-editor\"><\/bdt> de falta de jurisdicci\u00f3n personal y forum non conveniens con respecto a la competencia y jurisdicci\u00f3n en dichos tribunales federales<bdt class=\"block-component\"><\/bdt><bdt class=\"else-block\"><\/bdt> . La aplicaci\u00f3n de la Convenci\u00f3n de las Naciones Unidas sobre los Contratos de Compraventa Internacional de Mercader\u00edas y la Ley Uniforme de Transacciones Inform\u00e1ticas (UCITA) quedan excluidas de las presentes Condiciones Legales.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 1.5; text-align: left;\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" data-custom-class=\"body_text\" style=\"line-height: 1.5; text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px;\"><bdt class=\"block-component\"><\/bdt>En ning\u00fan caso cualquier Disputa presentada por cualquiera de las Partes relacionada de alguna manera con los Servicios podr\u00e1 iniciarse m\u00e1s de <bdt class=\"question\">un (1)<\/bdt> a\u00f1o despu\u00e9s de que surgiera la causa de la acci\u00f3n.  <bdt class=\"statement-end-if-in-editor\"><\/bdt>Si se determina que esta disposici\u00f3n es ilegal o inaplicable, ninguna de las Partes optar\u00e1 por someter a arbitraje ninguna Disputa comprendida en la parte de esta disposici\u00f3n considerada ilegal o inaplicable y dicha Disputa ser\u00e1 decidida por un tribunal de jurisdicci\u00f3n competente dentro de los tribunales enumerados anteriormente, y las Partes acuerdan someterse a la jurisdicci\u00f3n personal de dicho tribunal.<bdt class=\"block-component\"><\/bdt><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 1.5; text-align: left;\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" data-custom-class=\"heading_2\" style=\"line-height: 1.5; text-align: left;\"><strong>Restricciones<\/strong><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 1.5; text-align: left;\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" data-custom-class=\"body_text\" style=\"line-height: 1.5; text-align: left;\">Las Partes acuerdan que cualquier arbitraje se limitar\u00e1 a la Disputa entre las Partes individualmente. En la medida en que lo permita la ley, (a) no se acumular\u00e1 ning\u00fan arbitraje con ning\u00fan otro procedimiento; (b) no existe ning\u00fan derecho o autoridad para que cualquier Disputa sea arbitrada sobre la base de una demanda colectiva o para que  <bdt class=\"block-component\"><\/bdt>utilice<bdt class=\"statement-end-if-in-editor\"><\/bdt>  (c) no existe ning\u00fan derecho o autoridad para que cualquier Disputa sea presentada en una supuesta capacidad representativa en nombre del p\u00fablico en general o de cualquier otra persona.<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 1.5; text-align: left;\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" data-custom-class=\"heading_2\" style=\"line-height: 1.5; text-align: left;\"><bdt class=\"block-component\"><\/bdt><strong>Excepciones al arbitraje<\/strong><bdt class=\"else-block\"><\/bdt><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 1.5; text-align: left;\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" data-custom-class=\"body_text\" style=\"line-height: 1.5; text-align: left;\"><bdt class=\"block-component\"><\/bdt>Las Partes acuerdan que los siguientes Conflictos no est\u00e1n sujetos a las disposiciones anteriores relativas al arbitraje vinculante: (a) cualquier Disputa que pretenda hacer cumplir o proteger, o relativa a la validez de, cualquiera de los derechos de propiedad intelectual de una Parte; (b) cualquier Disputa relacionada con, o derivada de, alegaciones de robo, pirater\u00eda, invasi\u00f3n de la privacidad, o <bdt class=\"block-component\"><\/bdt>uso no autorizado de<bdt class=\"statement-end-if-in-editor\"><\/bdt>; y (c) cualquier reclamaci\u00f3n de medidas cautelares. Si se determina que esta disposici\u00f3n es ilegal o inaplicable, ninguna de las Partes optar\u00e1 por someter a arbitraje ninguna Disputa comprendida en la parte de esta disposici\u00f3n considerada ilegal o inaplicable y dicha Disputa ser\u00e1 decidida por un tribunal de jurisdicci\u00f3n competente dentro de los tribunales enumerados anteriormente, y las Partes acuerdan someterse a la jurisdicci\u00f3n personal de dicho tribunal.<bdt class=\"else-block\"><\/bdt><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 1.5; text-align: left;\"><bdt class=\"statement-end-if-in-editor\"><bdt class=\"statement-end-if-in-editor\"><\/bdt><\/bdt><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 1.5; text-align: left;\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" data-custom-class=\"heading_1\" id=\"corrections\" style=\"line-height: 1.5; text-align: left;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 19px;\"><strong><span style=\"line-height: 24.5333px; font-size: 19px;\"><strong><span style=\"line-height: 115%; font-family: Arial; font-size: 19px;\"><strong><span style=\"line-height: 115%; font-family: Arial; font-size: 19px;\">14.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/span>&nbsp;<\/strong>CORRECCIONES<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 1.5; text-align: left;\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" data-custom-class=\"body_text\" style=\"line-height: 1.5; text-align: left;\">Puede haber informaci\u00f3n en los Servicios que contenga errores tipogr\u00e1ficos, inexactitudes u omisiones, incluidas descripciones, precios, disponibilidad y otra informaci\u00f3n diversa.
